Ingredient List

Instructions

  2. Coarsely grate the potatoes and cover with water.
  3. Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
  4. Melt the butter, mix in minced garlic and parsley, and set aside.
  5. Drain and rinse potatoes thoroughly. Squeeze out excess water using a clean towel.
  6. Transfer to a large bowl. Add garlic butter, parmesan, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  7. Evenly spread the mixture into a parchment-lined baking tray.
  8. Bake for 40–50 minutes or until crispy and golden brown.
